Team Zuri IT Takes on the Paddock Wood Half Marathon for The Kent Autistic Trust! 🏃‍♂️☀️

What a day! After months of training in wet, cold, and gloomy conditions, we were thrilled – if somewhat unprepared – for the glorious sunshine that greeted us at the Paddock Wood Half Marathon yesterday! It was an incredible event with a fantastic atmosphere, and despite the unexpected heat and a tough 13.1 miles, the team pushed through with determination, camaraderie, and plenty of support from the amazing crowds along the route.

Most importantly, we ran for a cause close to our hearts – supporting The Kent Autistic Trust. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we’ve already raised almost £3,000 to help the charity continue its vital work in providing life-changing support for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families.

A huge thank you to Guy and Lily from The Long Run Club for providing our brilliant team shirts, which made us easy to spot (and even harder to miss in the sunshine!). A special shoutout as well to Gary Rose for the fantastic artwork that helped bring our fundraising campaign to life. Your support made all the difference!

But we’re not stopping here – there’s still time to help us make an even bigger impact! If you’d like to show your support and help us cross the fundraising finish line, please consider making a last-minute donation via our JustGiving page: https://lnkd.in/eYMHi5Cq

A massive thank you to everyone who has donated, cheered us on, or helped in any way – your support means the world. Well done, Team Zuri, and here’s to the next challenge! 🏅 💙
